Alfalfa honey is produced mainly in the USA and Canada. It is obtained from the blue flowers of the alfalfa palnt. It has a light color and its aroma is floral and slightly spicy. Due to its delicate nature, it is used as sweetener in many delicious dishes. However, it is not as sweet as other honey types. It is used to cure kidney health problems. It also increases your appetite and regulates the bowel transit.
