Lavender honey

Lavender honey is produced from the nectar gathered by bees from the flowers of the plants belonging to the Lavandula gender.

This type of honey is harvested at the end of August. Lavender honey is cream colored, very aromatic and has an extremely smooth granulation. The darkest Lavender honey has a color whose value reaches 55 mm on the Pfund scale.

Lavender honey has a low content of water, a low value of the Ph but a high acidity value. It has a low content of minerals and a weak conductibility.

It is recommended for people who suffer from chronic fatigue and intellectual exhaustion. It is also used to treat lung health problems, insomnia and migraine. It can safely replace the medication if your child suffers from pinworms.
